Company Overview

Sun Resources NL ("Sun Resources") is an oil and gas exploration and production company based in Perth, Western Australia.  Sun Resources is a public company that is owned by its shareholders and its shares are listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) under the code SUR.  It also has Convertible Notes listed on the ASX under the code SURG.  Success over the coming years will be delivered through growth in our share price and conversion of our convertible notes.

Sun Resources' primary goal is to grow a profitable business through exploration success in areas of the world that have undiscovered oil & gas potential close to existing infrastructure and where the political, fiscal and commercial risks are low and where the chance of exploration success is high.  However, given the company's size, we also look to explore where the cost of exploration and production is relatively low.

Sun Resources' strategy is to explore and produce oil and gas in the onshore Gulf of Mexico region of the USA and to leverage that revenue stream in to high impact exploration opportunities within the SE Asian region.  A number of assets are present in both regions and these are regularly compared against other opportunities that arise to maximize value where possible.  A small but dedicated team, plus a number of strategic partners, are all working hard to deliver on the strategy set by the Board of Sun Resources NL.
