Sun Resources NL (ASX Code: SURG) advises that pursuant to Schedule 1, Clause 4.2 of
the unsecured convertible note trust deed, the conversion rate has been reset at 5.50
shares for each note held. This new conversion rate is applicable for the quarter ending
30 September 2009 and replaces the previous conversion rate of 9.16 shares for each note
held.
